What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely using the following methods:

Shipping

Where from do you ship my order?

All orders are shipped from our studio in Calafell, Catalonia, in Northeast Spain.

When will my order ship?

Your orders typically ship within 3 business days. We do our best to keep our carbon footprint down and therefore ship only a few times a week.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

In stock products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Kindly note, the initial shipping charges will not be refunded. For more details and steps to follow, please check our Return Policy page.

Can made to order or personalized products be returned?

No, a personalized or specifically made to order item cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.

What about refunds on gift card orders?

If you paid with a gift card, the funds will go back to your gift card.
